Educational Classes

We provide education to our clients throughout their pregnancy journey, including information on labor and delivery, birth plans, breastfeeding, postpartum health, and much more.

• Breastfeeding confers a 38 percent reduction in the risk of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), which is independent of the sleeping position of the infant.
• When infants are breastfed exclusively for three to four months, they have a 27 percent decrease in the development of asthma, atopic dermatitis, and eczema.

Experienced maternal-child nurses, nurse practitioners, midwives, lactation consultants, and nutritionists are ready to help in any language.

Be Not Afraid

Be Not Afraid is a partner of ours who advocates for women who have had a negative pregnancy outlook (such as Down syndrome and other prenatal diagnoses). They offer bereavement support, practical guidance, information, and referrals so that parents understand what is normal, what is possible, and what might be helpful as they carry to term.
